How do I track my order?
You will be notified of shipping by receipt of the tracking number, and can utilize it to track your order.
What are your shipping policies?
Shop Lorelei ships free in the continental USA using USPS.
Purchases ship within 48 hours or as soon as PayPal confirms receipt of payment.
***At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship only to PayPal verified addresses***
What if I need a rush order?
We are easy to work with and we want you to have your purchase when you need it. If you require a rush order, please contact us before you make your purchase. We will do our best to make it happen (fees may apply).
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we do not ship outside of the US.

Instructions for exchange process:
First, please call and/or email to request a return authorization number. You are responsible for shipping fees; for your protection, we strongly suggest insuring and tracking your package. ShopLorelei is not responsible for lost returned items. All exchanges will receive store credit upon inspection and must be exchanged within 14 days.
Returned item must have:
original tags attached as they were upon receipt
item must be in un-worn condition
Please note, the 14 days begin when your order is shipped
